As a working farm and Deer Park, we’re proud of our “Farm to Fork” approach, where much of our menu is raised or grown right here on the Estate, or sourced locally for maximum quality and traceability.

Venison from our own estate’s wild deer herd takes pride of place on many of our wedding menus. We make our own venison sausages, joints, burgers, and for smoked venison – which is all butchered in-house at our own 5-star rated facility.

We believe that meals are best shared, so we offer a relaxed and social dining experience in a truly unique setting. From sizzling BBQ feasts to British classics done right, you and your guests can watch the magic unfold in The Granary’s open kitchen.
